Academy
Ecofiniti’s traineeship programme is designed to develop the next generation of sustainability and ESG professionals through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and real-world impact.
Trainees work remotely as part of our global team, contributing to live client projects across sustainability and ESG consulting, research, reporting, and business support, while building a strong foundation in recognised frameworks, tools, and professional skills.
We believe in learning by doing, so trainees are supported to take ownership, think critically, and grow in confidence, gaining practical insight into how sustainability strategy is shaped and delivered in real organisations across different regions and contexts.
